the well-finished and equipped apartment truly exceeded our expectations, with modern features like Alexa smart lights and a floating bed adding a unique touch. the highlight of our stay was definitely the luxurious Jacuzzi bath and the experience of using the Japanese toilet. the attention to detail, such as the provision of full-size bottles of shampoo and shower gel, truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the customer service, led by Chris at City Gate, was prompt and attentive, ensuring any queries or concerns were addressed promptly. With detailed instructions and a perfect location just a short walk from everything, we can't wait to return for another leisure trip.
